Refund Policy

We are happy only if you’re happy. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, let us know. You have 60 days after we ship you your order to explore the benefits of the product and draw your own conclusions. Hopefully, you’ll become one of the many customers who contact us to share the joy of their experience with us.

Keep in mind that we are usually advising all our customers to take some time with the program in order for it to prove its effect over the organism, before reaching a conclusion.

So, if you decided that purchased product is not for you, here is what you have to know:



A) In order to obtain a full refund for an order you must return all bottles of the order you wish to be refunded, be they empty, full or partially full back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within 60 days from the order date. If the entirety of the order is not received and processed by our fulfillment center within 60 days from the order date, we will not issue your refund. In this event any goods received will not be returned to you.

B) Along with your returned order you must clearly include details regarding your order, including (1) Your BuyGoods Order ID (found in your order receipt), (2) Your Full Name, (3) Your Full Address where the shipment was received, (4) Your Email Address and (5) your Phone Number so that a member of our fulfillment center staff can clearly read and process your return. Contact our support team at [email protected] if you need help retrieving this information.

Failure to fully meet both refund requirements A) and B) above will result in our inability to refund you. The customer must pay for the shipping to return the products to us. The customer is 100% responsible for the shipping fees when returning the product back to our fulfillment center for the purpose of obtaining a refund (or for any other purpose). Once our fulfillment center has received your order and processed the information, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 5-10 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
